Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources & Benefits Administration.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform research and provide recommendations to enhance benefit program effectiveness.
• Create and implement wellness programs for team members.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment meetings and processes.
