Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Educate customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning products.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and assist opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
