Palm Beach Tan is hiring in Missouri for a customer-focused Sales Associate. You’ll help customers choose tanning, skincare and wellness options, provide friendly consultations, and support a vibrant, team-driven environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a can-do attitude, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Training and growth opportunities are offered, along with competitive pay and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, Customer Service or Sales experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Educate customers on skin care, wellness options, tanning methods, and Golden Rules of Tanning while following guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
