Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is hiring in Brentwood, MO, seeking energetic sales-minded team members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive membership growth. You’ll advise on tanning, skincare, and wellness options, while maintaining a welcoming, clean salon environment.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, handling transactions, and supporting daily operations. At least a high school diploma and the ability to stand for long periods are required; flexible availability, including nights

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Retail, customer service or sales experience helpful, but not required.
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed
Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
