Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in the United States is hiring for a front-line role. We offer sunbed tanning, spray tanning, skin care, and wellness, and we’re seeking passionate, hard-working individuals to represent our brand in a vibrant, professional environment.

Meet and exceed sales goals with professional, upbeat consultations. You’ll educate customers on tanning and skincare options, maintain a clean salon, handle cash, and support opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
