Palm Beach Tan is hiring for a sales-focused teammate at our Cottleville, MO salon. You’ll drive sales, provide upbeat consultations, and guide guests on tanning, skin care and wellness while upholding company guidelines.

We offer flexible scheduling, base pay plus commission, and benefits for full-time staff. Training helps you grow in customer service and leadership within a welcoming, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, Customer Service or Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Educate customers on tanning, skin care, wellness options, and Golden Rules of Tanning while following guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
