You’ll meet sales goals, provide upbeat consultations, help customers choose skin care and tanning options, maintain a clean salon, handle cash, and track daily results. A welcoming, team-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk up to 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
