Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail, customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend and be active for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Educate customers on skin care, wellness, tanning options and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
