What You’ll Do

• Conduct Wellness Center orientations following branch guidelines and assist members in a courteous and professional manner
• Recognize members working out in the Fitness Center
• Be identifiable by staff shirt and nametag; ensure the facility and equipment are clean and well-maintained
• Report mechanical issues promptly and document them
• Assist members with advice, spotting, and encouragement for a healthy lifestyle
• Participate in special events and open houses
• Maintain surveillance during shifts and ensure policy compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact with diverse personalities
• Knowledge of basic exercise principles
• Obtain and maintain required certifications within 90 days of hire
