Restore Hyper Wellness in Kirkland seeks a Restore Expert to greet clients, lead studio tours, and drive membership sales. You will blend client care, operations, and sales to deliver health transformations in a dynamic wellness studio.

The role offers full-time and part-time schedules with a competitive hourly rate ($21–$24) and benefits. You’ll work weekdays with weekend coverage, build relationships, and contribute to a friendly, wellness-focused team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in customer service and sales preferred.
• Membership-based sales experience in health/wellness beneficial.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio tours and highlight service benefits.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines.
• Help achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Onboard clients, waivers, and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.

• Act as central hub for daily studio operations and address needs proactively.

Role Overview

At Restore Hyper Wellness, you are trained to become a "Restore Expert", you’ll be the face of the studio—creating welcoming experiences, building client relationships, and driving sales that support long-term health transformations. This role blends client care, operations, and sales expertise to deliver exceptional results while making a meaningful impact on clients’ wellness transformations in a dynamic, health-focused environment.

Location: Kirkland

Job Type: Full time/ Part time

Compensation: $21-$24 hourly

Schedule: Weekdays and a minimum of 4 weekend days per month

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

• Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines.
• Consistently help to achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.

Client Relations & Operations

• Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.

Studio Leadership & Flow

• Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
• Anticipate and proactively address operational needs.
• Support marketing initiatives, pre-sale events, and community programs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
• Promote Restore’s mission and enthusiasm for wellness in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1+ year in customer service and sales
• Membership-based sales in the health/wellness/fitness industry (preferred).
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and client management systems
• Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.
