The Only Facial is seeking licensed estheticians to join our Wellington, FL studio. You will deliver customized facials, skin treatments and guidance for home care, building trusting relationships with clients in a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere.

Salary Description: $27+ per hour

Reports To: Store Manager

Job Overview:

The Only Facial needs several Estheticians to join our team. Are you a licensed Esthetician who truly cares about your customers healthy skin care routine? Do you enjoy building a relationship with your clients – not just providing a service? Do you want a role where you can guide your customers through an experience that will improve their appearance and self-esteem? Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
• Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Esthetician (required)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
