Job summary

The Only Facial is seeking an on-site Store Manager who is a licensed esthetician to lead a small spa team and ensure exceptional client experiences. You will oversee operations, scheduling, inventory, and guest care to maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician required.
• Leadership experience in spa or service environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Understanding of esthetician role and service standards.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Job Overview:

If you’re a licensed esthetician who loves leading a team and creating exceptional client experiences, this Store Manager role could be the perfect fit—overseeing operations, guiding staff, and keeping our spa welcoming and relaxing.

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician (required)
• Prior leadership experience, ideally within a spa, wellness, or service-based environment preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Boulevard management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Comprehensive understanding of the esthetician role and service standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed

Financial & Inventory Oversight

• Review performance metrics and financial reports to monitor progress and identify opportunities
• Manage inventory and maintain supply budgets to optimize efficiency

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Partner with the owner to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Support social media efforts and brand visibility initiatives
• Build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotional opportunities
