Job summary

The Only Facial in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our on-site team and provide customized facial services to our valued clients.

Deliver facials, dermaplaning, peels and skincare plans; build lasting client relationships and guide clients through home care routines with supportive coaching rather than aggressive sales. Training provided and opportunities for growth offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician required.
• Experience preferred but new graduates welcome; training provided.
• Passion for skincare and ongoing learning.
• Ability to connect with clients and build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
• Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere

• Licensed Esthetician (required)

Physical Requirements
