The Only Facial in Webster Groves, MO is seeking licensed estheticians to join our team. You will deliver customized facials and skincare treatments, perform client consultations, and guide home care without aggressive quotas.

This full-time or part-time position offers an hourly base plus commission, on-site work, and opportunities to build lasting client relationships in a welcoming, skincare-focused environment.

Job Overview:

The Only Facial needs Estheticians to join our team! Are you a licensed Esthetician who truly cares about your customers healthy skin care routine? Do you enjoy building a relationship with your clients – not just providing a service? Do you want a role where you can guide your customers through an experience that will improve their appearance and self-esteem? If this sounds like you, then The Only Facial can use your professional Esthetician qualities.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
• Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Esthetician (required)

• Experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply - training provided!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed
