Job summary

The Only Facial in Memphis, TN is seeking licensed estheticians to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. You will deliver customized facials, consult clients on skincare, and guide home care without aggressive quotas, while building lasting client relationships.

As part of our team, you will perform treatments such as microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning, with support for ongoing education and growth opportunities in a welcoming, performance-driven environment.

Position Title: The Only Facial Esthetician

Salary Description: $27+ per hour

Reports To: Store Manager

The Only Facial needs Estheticians to join our team. Are you a licensed Esthetician who truly cares about your customers healthy skin care routine? Do you enjoy building a relationship with your clients – not just providing a service? Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
• Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Esthetician (required)

• Experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply - training provided!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed
