Job summary

AdventHealth Celebration Spa is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team in Celebration, Florida. You will provide facial treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing and other spa services to our clients, while upholding the highest standards of care.

Front desk collaboration, retail product recommendations, and maintenance of equipment and treatment areas are part of the role. A minimum of 1 year of licensed esthetics experience and advanced peels skills are required;

Qualifications

• 1+ years of esthetician services in a licensed environment.
• Advance grade peels experience.
• Lash extension and microneedling experience preferred.
• Experience with medical-grade facial treatments preferred.
• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist per requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide facial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing and related treatments.
• Promote and sell retail products; assist at front desk as needed.
• Maintain clean treatment areas and equipment; prepare work area.

Job Description:

Performs other duties as assigned. Provides consultation for services in the Spa, offsite facilities and inpatient settings. Promotes retail products and provides spa services at events both on and off-site, as needed. Learns to use, operate, and understand products, tools, and equipment used at the spa. Recommends retail products to clients and facilitates the sale of those products with front desk staff. Maintains up-to-date industry knowledge and skills. Provides the highest level of customer service and professionalism in all contacts. Sets up and breaks down work area at the start and end of each shift. Cleans and maintains equipment, tools, and treatment areas daily. Provides customer with facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing and additional treatments to enhance and maintain skin health.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Up-to-date with industry standards and techniques

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and have good comprehension of conversational English

Education:

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Work Experience:

• 1+ years providing esthetician services in a licensed environment [Required]
• Advance grade peels experience [Required]
• Lash Extension experience [Preferred]
• Microneedling experience [Preferred]
• Experience providing Medical Grade facial treatments [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Licensed Esthetician (LE) [Required]OR
• Licensed Cosmetologist [Required] (CL)

$19.42 - $31.07
