Responsibilities

Estheticians are responsible for performing 40-50 minute facials, dermaplaning, peels, waxing and brow services following our carefully curated and innovative service protocols.
Maintain State Board compliance and keep accurate and complete client records.
Provide excellent customer service and follow all FACE FOUNDRIÉ operations guidelines.
Aim to achieve all services and product sales goals.
Follow safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensuring State Board compliance at all times.
Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
Assist in all in-store operational processes, including store cleaning tasks.
Work with the Salon Manager to notify of inventory and supply needs.
Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times and follow all company timekeeping procedures.
Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Qualifications
