Job summary

Spectrum.Life is seeking a Wellness Success Manager to lead client relationships and delivery of employer wellness programmes for high-profile partners. You will coordinate events, analyse trends, and shape engagement strategies with data-driven insights.

In this client-facing role, you’ll collaborate across teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive commercial growth through retention and new opportunities, while ensuring exceptional wellbeing experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer focus essential for delivering best-in-class wellness programmes.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage wellness clients for key partnerships.
• Coordinate communications, MI, and service-related discussions.
• Contribute to service delivery across clients, people and expertise.
• Drive commercial growth through contract retention and new opportunities.
• Prepare monthly client engagement reports and trend analyses.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to improve the wellness proposition.
• Support event planning and workshops for client programmes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and account leadership.
