Personify Health, Inc. is seeking a Head of Client Success, Wellbeing to lead a global, remote-first organization serving ~1,000 large clients. You will own renewals, retention, and growth, partnering with executives to shape strategy and product expansions.

This is a remote role with significant leadership responsibility and strategic advisory duties. You will guide a senior team, drive cross-functional collaboration, and report to the Wellbeing Commercial Leadership Team, influencing outcomes

Formación

• 10+ years in progressively senior leadership roles in customer success or account management.
• Domain experience in digital health, wellbeing, health plans, or benefits administration preferred.
• Proven success in a consultative account executive environment with senior client decision makers.
• Experience leading a global organization with P&L accountability in a matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• This is a broad executive role; lead and develop a global organization of managers.
• Set the vision for Customer Success and realign structures to optimize results.
• Own client satisfaction, renewals, and net growth targets across a complex client base.
• Manage client health scoring and retention forecasting; act on risks early.
• Drive land and expand within existing clients and adoption of expansions.
