Job summary

CuraLinc Healthcare in Saint Paul, MN is hiring a Wellness Account Manager, Partnerships to own client relationships, drive engagement, and coordinate onsite wellness events across the Greater St. Paul area with nationwide virtual support.

You will partner with Benefits, Human Resources, Communications, and Wellbeing Champions to deliver strategic wellbeing programs and measurable outcomes for diverse workforces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in employee benefits, wellness programs, or engagement roles.
• Experience coordinating onsite events and employee programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship owner for client accounts and ensure satisfaction and growth.
• Coordinate onsite wellness programming and events.
• Collaborate with Benefits, HR, Communications teams and Wellbeing Champions.
• Lead communications, reporting, and program optimization.
• Represent CuraLinc in client meetings and health fairs.
