CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a Wellness Account Manager, Partnerships to strengthen relationships with partners and drive health and wellness program outcomes. The role is remote across the United States, with a focus on client satisfaction and program delivery.

The candidate should bring healthcare account management experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to meet program milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in Healthcare, Employee Benefits, or Insurance Account Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for a group of partners with high retention and upsell goals.
• Identify client wellness program needs and advise on solutions and setup.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver program milestones and communication plans.
• Represent Marquee Health in client meetings and health fairs.
• Develop understanding of the product suite within the healthcare benefits landscape.
