Job summary

Marquee Health is seeking a Wellness Account Coordinator to support the Partnerships team in delivering exceptional wellness programs for a dedicated client group. You will act as a liaison among internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth program execution and outstanding member experiences.

The role is fully remote across the continental United States and Hawaii, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within a service-driven wellness organization.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Interest in wellness/wellbeing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day account support for a dedicated group of clients, including VIP and enterprise accounts.
• Lead as internal project coordinator by maintaining documentation and tracking tasks in the CRM.
• Develop understanding of client wellness programs to deliver expert-level support.
• Collaborate with Help Desk and IT to fulfill data and reporting needs.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
• Support onsite events as requested, including biometric screenings and health fairs.
