Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred; health education, wellness, or fitness background.
• At least 5 years of work experience with health promotions and wellness programs.
• Experience creating and implementing programs aligned with employee needs and lifestyles.
• Team leadership, collaboration, and ability to mentor others.
• Current licenses/certifications relevant to field of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, deliver and evaluate corporate health promotion programs.
• Develop and maintain a measurable wellbeing program with risk management components.
• Organize activities and challenges promoting healthy lifestyles (weight management, activity, nutrition, stress).
• Create annual tactical calendar and execute initiatives across locations.
• Manage on-site screenings and increase employee participation year over year.
• Coordinate with carriers and providers to source wellbeing information and resources.
