Job summary

Qualifications

3+ years in worksite wellness or closely related duties.
Knowledge of health promotion theories, trends, and evaluation methods.
Experience with program evaluation and data-driven planning.
Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and ability to present data.

Responsibilities

Identify employee health promotion needs and develop/implement activities.
Design health promotion components to meet needs.
Monitor health analytics data and develop targeted plans and programs.
Serve as point of contact for participants and coordinate communications.
Coordinate vendor and partner health management and wellness services.
Deliver Health Risk Assessments, Health Screenings, Health Fairs and on-site programs.
Track meetings in a metric scorecard.
Coordinate wellness committees and meetings.
