Job summary

WebMD Health Services is seeking a Well-being Program Coordinator to partner with a client’s health promo team and deliver well-being programming and face-to-face health coaching to eligible participants.

You will drive client satisfaction, retention, and value, acting as a wellness advisor, coordinating services, campaigns, screenings, and events, while analyzing participation data to inform improvements and ensuring timely, high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
• 2 years Wellness Coordinator/Health Coaching or similar health and wellness client-facing experience.
• Ability to work independently onsite at client location and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Experience and comfort using Microsoft and Google office products.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to occasionally support early morning, evening, or special event programming, as well as periodic travel to other client locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite wellness initiatives and annual engagement strategies.
• Develop creative campaigns that increase awareness and participation.
• Coordinate health screenings, challenges, educational sessions, and special events.
• Provide one-on-one, virtual, and group health coaching.
• Build trusted relationships with HR, Benefits, UAW, and site leadership.
• Track participation, analyze trends, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
