Job summary

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection in Napa Valley seeks a Wellbeing Coordinator for Halehouse Spa. You will help deliver the Joy of Wellbeing to guests, members and residents, coordinating spa, fitness and retail experiences with a focus on exceptional service.

The role involves scheduling treatments, greeting guests, selling merchandise, and supporting guest wellbeing initiatives within a luxury spa environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality, spa, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Spa and Fitness Center areas in spotless condition and maintain the common areas of the spa in between appointments.
• Knowledge of all aspects of the treatments and the ability to recommend and suggestive selling.
• Process spa reservations, billing, and meet and greet all guests as they arrive and depart from their treatments.
• Support all aspects of retail: Guest assistance, product display, suggestive selling, and merchandising.
• Handle guest complaints or problems immediately, ensuring guest satisfaction. Communicate all of the above to management to ensure communication to all necessary departments.
• Use good judgement and maintain discretion and diplomacy while performing job duties.
• Participate in all designated programs, meetings, and training.
