Job summary

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection in Napa Valley seeks an Assistant Director of Wellbeing to lead the strategic, financial, and operational performance of the Wellness and Fitness department. This role ensures daily operations, guest and member experience, service quality, and revenue growth across spa, fitness, and retail functions.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, staff scheduling, and training, while developing innovative wellness programs that align with our luxury positioning

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of progressive leadership experience in spa, wellness, luxury hospitality, or related operation.
• Experience managing daily operations, guest service, scheduling, training, sales, and expense controls.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, reservations, retail, fitness operations.
• Experience maintaining health, safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements.
• Strong administrative skills including budgeting, reporting, inventory management, and written communication.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and daily operations oversight across Spa & Wellness, ensuring luxury service standards.
• Direct front desk, provider operations, spa attendants, housekeeping support, fitness programming, retail and guest services.
• Act as Director of Wellbeing in the Director's absence and escalate significant issues as needed.
• Collaborate on department strategy, policies, priorities, initiatives, and continuous improvements.
• Participate in management meetings and cross-department planning to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain spa policies and procedures and uphold company standards consistently.
• Develop innovative fitness and movement programming aligned with luxury wellness positioning.
