Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field with two years of homelessness experience.
• Two years of experience planning and delivering diverse activities promoting health and wellbeing.
• Basic computer skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop a monthly activity calendar incorporating tenant input and diverse needs.
• Create age-appropriate on-site recreation and life-skill programs.
• Offer programs including yoga, zumba, and art to improve health.
• Provide workshops on peer pressure, HIV/AIDS prevention, and related issues.
• Coordinate referrals to educational workshops and community activities.
• Document tenant participation per HRA standards.
• Monitor effectiveness and adjust programs based on participant feedback.
• Assist in strategies for rent-payment related housing stability.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings.
