Job summary

Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is seeking a Welcome Ambassador Captain (Bell Captain) to lead Bell/Valet operations and enhance guest arrivals and departures. This full-time role is central to the Front Office team and provides opportunities to train colleagues, oversee luggage handling, and coordinate guest services in a luxury resort setting.

You will work closely with Front Office and Security to ensure guests are greeted, guided, and accommodated with high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid TX driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign daily and weekly tasks to ensure a smooth Bell and Valet operation.
• Greet guests, open doors, and assist upon arrival.
• Assist with luggage handling and valet services.
• Supervise and assist with valet parking and safety at the front drive.
• Train new colleagues on Bell, Valet, and related protocols.
• Transport guests via golf cart and provide property orientation tours as needed.
• Maintain security and organization of Bell/Valet areas.
