Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is seeking a Spa Concierge to ensure a seamless guest experience at our Life in Balance Spa. You will check in guests, schedule appointments, and maintain the spa facilities with a focus on warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Principles of PMS system management (ResortSuite).
• Calmly handle stressful situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Computer literate with ability to learn software.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• CPR/First Aid cert or obtain within 1 month.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in at Life in Balance Spa.
• Schedule and manage spa appointments.
• Maintain spa facilities and locker rooms.
• Act as liaison between guests, spa management and other departments.
