Job summary

You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with belongings, coordinate with hotel departments, and maintain accurate vehicle records. Requirements include 1 year valet/bellman experience, flexible schedule, valid driver’s license, and being at least 18.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one-year experience as a valet or bellman preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays according to department needs.
• Valid driver's license that meets the needs of our insurance carrier.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently, ensuring the safe and secure handling of keys and personal items left in the vehicle.
• Provide courteous and attentive customer service, assisting guests with their belongings, offering information, and creating a positive and welcoming experience.
• Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station, ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles and maintaining order in the designated area.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, noting any special requests, and documenting any relevant information for efficient retrieval.
• Act as a communication link between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating requests and ensuring effective coordination of services.
