OhioHealth Well-Being Center is seeking a licensed Master-level social work professional to lead and supervise social service functions. The Lead Social Worker will manage scheduling, staff assignments, and provide mentorship while maintaining direct patient caseloads as needed.

The role requires LISW licensure, strong case management experience, and the ability to coordinate discharge planning across the continuum of care.

Competenze

• Master's Degree required.
• LISW licensure/certification and knowledge of licensing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Capacity to analyze, develop, and manage change within care coordination.

Mansioni

• Maintain caseload and oversee discharge planning for assigned patients.
• Act as resource to peers with difficult discharge situations; inspect work and provide guidance.
• Oversee daily workload and balance assignments; cover manager in their absence.
• Supervise orientees, students, LISW candidates.
• Assist with campus services to improve patient throughput and discharge planning.
