Job summary

Miller Electric Mfg. LLC in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a District Sales Manager to grow welding product sales across Eastern Oregon, Eastern Washington and Idaho. You will build distributor relationships, design training programs, and develop strategic account plans to expand market share.

You will manage a robust sales pipeline, advance opportunities, and present tailored value propositions to end users and distributors. The role requires up to 50% travel and a results-driven, strategic mindset.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of sales experience selling on value and through industrial products.
Experience with distribution channels.
Technical aptitude to sell a full product portfolio.
Ability to build effective account plans and manage opportunities.
Strong ability to communicate the value offering to all levels of end user management.
Strong value selling skills with ability to convert new business.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Strong communication, presentation, time management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel overnight at least 50%.
