Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME driving welding safety enhancements and apply expertise to convert opportunities.
• Manage an assigned territory with 80/20 decision-making.
• Develop data-driven sales strategies to grow profits.
• Own prospecting and account development with sales partners.
• Lead customer-centered discussions through the sales process.
• Present demos and deliver value-based, consultative selling.
• Maintain CRM records and communicate with sales leaders and partners.
• Monitor market trends and protect ITW presence in the region.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives.
