Job summary

American Welding and Gas, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager based in Black Eagle, MT to lead sales growth and future expansion across surrounding states.

You will grow the territory by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing accounts, negotiating pricing, and coordinating with local branches to promote sales. 1–3 years of sales experience and knowledge of welding and gas products are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of welding and gas products strongly preferred.
• Industrial sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing a sales territory.
• Strong time and management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the territory business by selling gas products and technology to new and existing customers.
• Develop plans to maintain and grow the existing customer base.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and project scope with customers.
• Use CRM platforms for planning and scheduling in the territory.
• Develop relationships with strategic customers and grow a portfolio.
• Manage Accounts Receivable balances to minimize financial risk.
• Address customer issues by deploying company resources.
• Promote sales through local branch collaboration.
