Job summary

KMW Ltd is hiring full-time welders to assemble metal components according to blueprints and work orders. The role requires following welding procedures, maintaining quality, and meeting daily production goals in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Candidates should have a vocational welding diploma or 2+ years of production welding experience, read blueprints, and pass a pre-employment welding test. Overtime and weekend shifts are available as needed.

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma in welding or 2+ years of production welding experience preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment welding test.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, work orders, and diagrams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily goals.
• Willingness to overtime and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Welds metal components per blueprints and work orders.
• Manufactures parts to meet customer specs and timelines.
• Maintains safety practices and uses PPE.
• Records pieces completed and welding tests.
