Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking skilled Fabrication Welders to join our manufacturing team. You will fabricate and weld sheet metal components used in electrical enclosures and metal structures.

This role requires precision, strong blueprint-reading skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Minimum qualifications include a welding test, 2+ years of MIG welding experience, and the ability to read shop prints.

Qualifications

• Welding test is required to qualify.
• At least 2 years of welding experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proficient in MIG welding of mild and stainless steel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop prints.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Pass a weld test, background check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Interpret shop drawings and welding symbols to perform accurate welds.
• Perform MIG welding of mild and stainless steel.
• Set up, align, tack, and weld components to specifications.
• Inspect welds for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain dimensional accuracy and clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and notify inspectors when work is ready.
