ManpowerGroup is seeking skilled Welders/Fabricators to join their team. You will build and assemble metal components from blueprints, operate fabrication equipment, perform MIG welding, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

You will read blueprints, fabricate and weld subassemblies, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment while supporting production goals. This role requires attention to detail and teamwork with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years welding/fabrication experience, vocational training, or a combination of both.
• Proficiency in MIG welding and metal fabrication.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Basic math and measuring skills, including fractions.
• Ability to use a computer for timekeeping and production-related tasks.

Responsabilités
