Job summary

Fabcon is seeking a permanent, full-time welding and construction laborer to join our crew erecting precast concrete wall panels. Shift is 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

This outdoor role may require travel and overtime as needed, with safety and efficiency as top priorities. You will weld, assist with erection, and follow foreperson directions while maintaining strong teamwork and adherence to safety rules.

Qualifications

• Welding experience required; AWS 3G/4G preferred.
• 2+ years construction or manual labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively (50%+) and work overtime.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Ability to obtain local union membership.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and construction work to erect precast concrete wall panels.
• Complete welding tasks safely as part of erection crew.
• Follow direction from foreperson and crew.
• Use materials efficiently and handle tools responsibly.
• Adhere to safety policies and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct with crew and site staff.
