Job summary

Fabcon, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, is seeking a permanent/full-time Construction Welder to join the Grove City team. The role involves welding and general labor to erect precast wall panels on a 7:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule Monday through Friday, outdoors in all weather.

Safety gear is provided and you must be able to travel 50% or more as needed; a valid driver's license and reliable transport are required. Fabcon offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Welding experience required; AWS 3G/4G certifications preferred.
Two+ years in construction or manual labor; general construction knowledge.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform welding and general construction tasks to erect precast wall panels.
Complete welding assignments safely and efficiently as part of the erection crew.
Follow directions from the foreperson.
Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
Use materials and tools efficiently and maintain safety.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and site requirements.
Work effectively with crew and other jobsite personnel.
