Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations in Norwalk, CT is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to repair and maintain front and rear load containers and roll-off equipment. You will weld, grind, fabricate steel components for trucks, and perform on-site repairs while adhering to safety policies.

• Welding experience as a core requirement.
• Ability to use computers to update assigned work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on front and rear load containers and roll-off equipment.
• Weld steel and aluminum components using Mig, Tig and arc welding equipment; fabricate steel components for trucks and containers.
• Grind metal parts after welding and install lids and wheels; paint repaired or new containers.
• Complete required paperwork and comply with safety policies on site.
