Job summary

Wabash in New Lisbon, WI is seeking skilled welders to join our production team. You will MIG/TIG weld carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless as per drawings; pass Weld Tests and sometimes Certification Tests; in-house Weld School available.

Applicants should be able to read engineering prints, follow specifications, and operate related equipment safely; training provided. We offer competitive benefits and a collaborative, safety‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass Weld Tests associated with product line prior to welding in production.
• Must pass respirator fit test.
• Basic reading, writing, math & verbal skill.
• Capable of following and understanding engineering prints, specifications & instructions.

Responsibilities

• MIG and TIG weld at quality standards per drawings.
• Read engineering prints and follow specifications.
• Perform basic operator maintenance on welding equipment.
• Work safely with PPE and in a manufacturing environment.
