Job summary

Wabash in New Lisbon, WI seeks skilled Welders to join our manufacturing team. You will weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using MIG/TIG processes, read engineering prints, and follow precise specifications.

Wabash provides in-house welding training if needed, and supports safety, quality, and delivery improvements. The role includes PPE requirements and potential work at heights with supportive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass welding tests for product line.
• Must pass respirator fit test.
• Basic reading, writing, math and verbal skills.
• Capable of following engineering prints, specifications and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Own and help improve safety, quality and delivery performance.
• Weld carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel to required standards (MIG/TIG).
• Read engineering prints and weld symbols per specifications.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on welding equipment.
• Work in tight spaces and at heights as required by job location.
