Job summary

AriensCo in Brillion, WI is seeking a lead manufacturing supervisor to oversee the line, enforce standard work, and drive continuous improvement. You will train staff, maintain control charts, and help meet daily production goals while reducing waste and ensuring safety and quality.

The role emphasizes lean methods, TWI training, and clear communication across the team. Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum High school diploma or GED required.
• Understanding of standard work, takt time, and related charts.
• Basic lean training (5S, problem solving) and TWI.
• Past leadership experience preferred; authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead area team members and ensure adherence to standard work.
• Create, maintain, audit, and improve standard work.
• Keep takt time at or below target; assist on the line to meet daily goals.
• Train new employees and transfers; cover for absences.
• Root cause problem solving to prevent production shortfalls.
• Identify and eliminate waste; emphasize safety, quality, and delivery.
• Maintain production control charts and communicate with team and supervisors.
