Job summary

AriensCo in Brillion, WI, seeks a hands-on Team Leader to drive results for the 1st shift welding team. You will lead, train, and problem-solve on the floor, ensuring standard work and takt time are met while eliminating waste and maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, lean understanding, and ability to mentor team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay starts at $26/hour with a $4,000 sign-on bonus; schedule is Mon-Thu, 4 days x 10 hours, 4:30

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Lean and 6S understanding.
• Past leadership experience preferred; ability to train and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with standard work, takt time, and problem solving processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead area team members and ensure daily production goals are met.
• Adhere to and improve standard work; audit and maintain processes.
• Train new employees; cross-train; cover for absences on the line.
• Identify waste, solve root causes, and ensure safety, quality and productivity.
