Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-year associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum two years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in weld shop environment with MIG welding.
• Proven ability to supervise, motivate, and train employees.
