Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in heavy manufacturing environment.
• Read and interpret weld process according to AWS and ASME.
• Knowledge of OSHA and demonstrated record of safety-focused leadership.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and supervise employees and activities within the fabrication department.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide training, support, and direction to department personnel.
