Job summary

Thompson Pipe Group in Conroe, Texas, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team across mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and related disciplines. You will plan preventive maintenance, allocate resources, and ensure repairs meet cost estimates and job specs while complying with safety standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, conducting performance reviews, maintaining digital work records, and ensuring 5S discipline on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of five (5) years in one or more skilled trades.
• Valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Direct, schedule, and guide a multi-discipline maintenance team.
• Plan and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance; track work digitally.
• Coach team members, conduct performance reviews, and administer discipline.
