The role emphasizes adherence to policies, scheduling, KPI tracking, and developing staff through training and performance reviews to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Supervise shop floor production activities with focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
• Read and interpret layouts, blueprints, and specs for weld/fabrication.
• Monitor KPI tracking and drive improvements across teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production activities in line with safety, quality, productivity, and cost standards.
• Estimate worker hour requirements and coordinate schedules to meet production goals.
• Communicate policies and procedures to HR and Team Leaders, driving adherence and feedback.
• Coordinate with engineers for product/process changes and ensure proper implementation.
