Alliance Steel Inc. on-site Lead role coordinating production activities and mentoring team members to maintain quality and efficiency. The working lead ensures safety, enforces PPE, and supports daily workflows to meet scheduling goals.

You will assign tasks, monitor resources, and communicate with management while partnering with Quality Control to uphold customer specifications and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience required.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily production activities and workflow to meet schedules and goals.
• Lead by example, enforce safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Provide training and support to production employees.
• Assign work tasks and ensure materials and resources are available.
• Communicate updates and staffing needs to management.
• Ensure inspections and safety checks on equipment and work areas.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to meet standards and specs.
• Identify roadblocks and promote continuous improvement.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and report safety concerns.
